34 pounds lost!
“This is was my first time doing the hCG diet and I can say I love it. It is one diet that I actually lost a lot of weight from. I am so happy with my results. I first weighed in at 200 pounds and today I am 166.2 pounds, which is so awesome. When I first began the diet, I thought I was not going to follow through with the diet plan because it was very difficult in the beginning. As I began to see my physical appearance changing I started feeling more confident with myself. My energy level began to rise as well. There were moments where I felt like giving up, but when I faced the second week I knew there was a lot more results I had in store for myself. I became self motivated and would say, ‘if others can loose weight you can too!'” Bryanna had a positive outlook throughout her weight-loss journey. “My aunt was also on this diet, so we would motivate each other and every week we would ask each other about the progress. It’s good to have support with you while losing weight. My favorite part of completing the diet were my results! Also how clean I am eating now. When I try something that I should not be having, like a cheeseburger, it does not taste the same. My favorite part of completing the diet was getting smaller size clothes and being able to show my legs and stomach. I feel more active. I would of never thought I would be back happy with my body.”
